C. Mitch Claborn, President and CEO
C. Mitch Claborn, the Company’s president and CEO, has over twenty-five years of experience in sales, management, manufacturing, engineering, and construction. Mitch has held positions in sales, engineering, project management, and construction management. He is also knowledgeable in the design/build area of prison and jail construction. Mitch has provided consulting services for several major architecture firms.
Jeffrey G. Lee, CPA, Vice President Finance and Administration
Jeff has twenty-one years of public and private accounting experience. He has previously held positions as senior accountant, accounting manager, controller, and currently is vice president of finance. Jeff has extensive experience in the areas of accounting, tax, and management advisory services. He currently oversees all financial functions including accounting, cost analysis, internal controls, financing, bonding, and human resources.
Shannon A. Claborn, Vice President Business Development
Shannon has over sixteen years of experience in sales and customer service. He specializes in product knowledge, problem solving, and customer relations. Shannon also provides assistance in purchasing, estimating, and bidding.
Stephen Claborn, Sales Manager - Institutional Division
Stephen serves as the sales manager for the Institutional Division, coordinating facility contracts/renovations, marketing and facility sales for institutional supplies. Stephen has over 10 years of sales experience.
Mike Root, Operations Manager
As operations manager, Mike supervises project managers, project engineers, and all field personnel. He and his department are responsible for budgets and meeting schedules of all projects. In a career that spans 27 years, Mike has managed over $350 million of detention work.
Joe Hargrove, Business Manager
Since 2003, Joe has been an integral part in the establishment and success of Cornerstone Detention Products. His vast knowledge of managing and business has proven to be a great asset to this company. |
