 Terms and Conditions
Prices: Prices, terms and conditions of sale are subject to change without notice. No prices are guaranteed. All sales will be made at prices prevailing at the time of shipment.
Terms: Net 15 days. Past due accounts will be subject to a finance charge of 1 1/2 percent per month (or 18% per annum) which will be added to the unpaid balance of invoices not paid within 15 days.
Minimum Order: The minimum invoice order required is $250.00 net.
Freight: All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point, unless otherwise noted.
Cancellation and Changes: Cancellations and change orders are subject to our approval. A cancellation or change order charge will apply if any cost for material or labor has been incurred by us prior to notification from the customer.
Delivery: Delivery is contingent upon conditions existing at the time an order is placed as well as subsequent changed conditions. We will not be liable for any delivery or shipment of goods, or from any damages suffered by customers by reason of such delay, when such delay is of God, war, government interference, embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, shortage of labor, fuel, power, materials or supplies, backlogs, transportation delays, import quotas or restrictions, or any other cause or causes (whether or not similar in nature to any of those hereto before specified) beyond our control. If such conditions or contingencies interfere with our performance of an order, our obligation to perform that order shall cease. We will not in any event be liable to any customers for special, incidental, or consequential damages for late delivery or non-delivery of goods for any reason.
Returned Goods: Goods that are defective, within the terms of our warranty, may be returned for credit or replacement pursuant to your warranty. No other returns shall be allowed unless the customer has requested a Return Goods Authorization and we have approved it at our discretion. Return Goods Authorization requests should be directed to our Customer Service Representative serving that customer area. All return shipments must be freight prepaid to the plant location specified by us. Credit will be issued at the lower of the price paid for the returned goods or their current sale price, less a 30% restocking charge, and where appropriate, a refurbishing charge to make the returned goods resalable. No Return Goods Authorization will be approved for obsolete, discontinued or specially manufactured goods. |
